It’s a good job I’ve got an understanding SO. It also helps that he’s a good sleeper. I usually do most of my gaming when he’s asleep. First thing in the morning, while he has a lie-in and mid-afternoon while he has a nap. My husband isn’t a gamer, he’s a car geek. But, that doesn’t stop him from giving me ‘advice’ when I’m playing. But, having the chance to chill on my PlayStation 4 much longer than normal, is one of the reasons I love holidays. And this one is no different.
I decided to bring a small selection of PS4 games with me. These games included Days Gone, Resident Evil 2, Crash Bandicoot, Sims 4 and Lego DC Super Villians. Even though I have thoroughly enjoyed playing these games. Especially Days Gone. I can play this game for hours at a time. I went ahead and got more games. It’s crazy, I know. But I can’t help it. It just keeps happening.
First, I downloaded the two free games on this months PS plus membership. I know they aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. But Overcooked 2 was one of the funniest games I played and I’ve been meaning to buy Overcooked. How happy was I when I found I could get it for free. I also downloaded What Remains of Edith Finch, simply because of how many people have said what a good game it is. I figured, it’s free, why not find out. Then I went to Llandudno and, you guessed it, brought another game. This one was Bendy and The Ink Machine. So, I’m sure you can guess what’s happened. Yep, I’ve now got too many games to play. Never mind, complete.
I’ve already started playing Bendy and the Ink Machine. I’ll admit, it’s a much better game than I thought it was. Even though there are moments where I squeal, due to Bendy jumping out at me. I’ve also started playing Overcooked. I’m certainly enjoying this game. But, now I can see the improvements that were made on Overcooked 2. I haven’t had time play Edith Finch, yet. I’ll be honest, I don’t think I’m going to have time to start it yet.
Yep, I’ve done it again. Too many games, not enough time. I think I need another holiday.
